Mostly online but also at the San Marcos outlet The kudos wore them for their annual Photo shoot & they looked absolutely stunning & priceless ????

Ridiculous customer Service. I placed an online order, for whatever reason, it didn't go through but my bank account showed it took money out. I called customer service and Madeline was rude from the moment she answered. She explained what happened then asked what dress size I needed. She then put me on hold and I waited for 10 minutes just for it to be disconnected. I had to call back again and wait another 5 minutes before Madeline answered again, this time she was blatantly upset. I asked to speak to someone else and...again she put me on hold for another 10 minutes just to be hung up on. Why couldn't she just be direct with me if she was unable to process my order?
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received after placing an online order. I initially purchased merchandise intended as a GIFT ... I chose the option to have my purchase placed in a gift box and I included a gift message. The site also indicated that a gift receipt would be included in the gift box with my purchase. I proceeded to submit the order and when I received confirmation, I noticed there was no indication of a gift box, gift receipt or a gift message. I immediately called customer service - within 2 minutes - to voice my concern and requested that they edit the order. Initially they said they could edit the order and then the customer service rep got back online and told me that she could not ... which I found puzzling and surprising. Then I requested that the order be canceled since it was not processed correctly and was on track to be shipped directly to my the recipient’s address unwrapped and without a gift message or gift receipt. I was told they would submit a cancellation but they could not guarantee that it would go through. I was told to keep checking my email for the next two days! I do not understand how I was not able to immediately cancel an order that their website incorrectly processed when I called within minutes of placing the order. The next morning I checked my email to see if I had received a response from customer service. At this point I had called, placed an online request and emailed! I was incredulous to discover that my PayPal account indicated the completion of the purchase payment! Again, I called customer service and the customer service rep confirmed that my account did indeed specify a request for cancellation from the PREVIOUS day. She proceeded to inform me that the item had been shipped out TODAY and that there was nothing more they could do. This is completely unacceptable! I have never received such poor customer service!
If Janie and Jack, Inc professes to be a high end clothing store, than I would expect that to be reflected in their customer service as well. None of what transpired yesterday and today is indicative of that. I am in dismay that I will now have to apologize to my friend and explain why the gift that I intended for her newborn son will not be arriving in a gift box with a gift message as I had intended, but in a factory issued cellophane bag instead! I would have preferred to have given Janie and Jack, Inc. ZERO stars but that option was not available to me ... so I will have to be satisfied with the one star .... although they do not deserve it!
One star is even too much for them to be rated. It is the worst online shopping experience with the worst customer service. They are out of reach and even if they reply they just want to brush you off giving you useless information that you already know. I ordered June 11 and they did not update the shipment. They did not provide me any new updates since June 24. Unfortunately, I found out, so late, that this happened to many other customers as shown in their Instagram official page; just go check the comments under their posts.
I love my experience with them with fast shipping to Saudi Arabia...Thanks
A very bad experience for the first time I face this problem and treated like this, after a month and a half of waiting the shipment has not arrived and they do not want to get me back the amount. the shipment has been stuck in Germany with no update for more than 3 weeks and they cannot track or review the shipment even though they are the responsible authority and the post office cannot inquire about the reason for the delay of the shipment.
I think that all of my shipments are lost and they do not want to compensate me in any way !!!!
